Warranty conditions

2. In case of ordering the wrong model or color, the shop reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns. Please check carefully before placing your order.
3. In case of defects/cracked screen/dents/breakage on the device, you must report it within 24 hours **along with photos and videos of the unboxing process**. If there is no evidence or information as stated above, the store reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim/replacement.
4. If you enter the wrong address, the shop cannot correct it. You must cancel the order and place a new one.
5. The buyer must provide order details and product serial number. Incomplete information will result in the voiding of the warranty. **This warranty does not include peripheral devices or other freebies included in the box, such as the charging cable included with different plug models.**
