Warranty conditions
1. 100% Authentic product. 2-year Thai warranty. Warranty conditions: Additional charges may apply in some cases.
2. In case of ordering the wrong model or color, the shop reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns. Please check carefully before placing your order.
3. In case of defects/cracked screen/dents/breakage on the device, you must report it within 24 hours **along with photos and videos of the unboxing process**. If there is no evidence or information as stated above, the store reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim/replacement.
4. If you enter the wrong address, the shop cannot correct it. You must cancel the order and place a new one.
5. The buyer must provide order details and product serial number. Incomplete information will result in the voiding of the warranty. **This warranty does not include peripheral devices or other freebies included in the box, such as the charging cable included with different plug models.**
6. The product warranty does not cover free gifts. During the warranty period, you must pay for shipping yourself.
7. Damage to the product caused by the user, such as breakage, dents, burns, water stains, rust stains, etc., will void the warranty.
8. We do not accept exchanges or returns for products damaged due to improper use or customer ordering errors, under any circumstances. If the motherboard accessory is damaged due to customer use or if it is within the warranty period but requires replacement, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs and shipping fees.
9. In case of shipping problems or lost items, please notify us for investigation within 15 days of shipment. The shop cannot investigate beyond this period and reserves the right to refuse compensation in all cases.
